Solid wood flooring
As the name suggests, it is a top to bottom solid piece of wood. One of its benefits is that the flooring can be sanded and finished over time to retain its appearance. The thickness of flooring can vary but usually ranges between 3/4” to 5/16”.
Engineered wood flooring
